The general terms of business of the REDEAR DESIGN Online Store are composed in accordance with Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB1), with recommendations from GZS and international codes for e-business.

Availability of information

The seller commits to always provide the customer with the following information: the identity of the company, contact addresses, essential characteristics of the goods or services, availability of products, terms of delivery of the product or execution of the service, all prices must be clearly and unambiguously stated, method of payment and delivery, time validity of the offer, the deadline within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal, and an explanation of the complaint procedure, including all contact person or customer service details.

The general terms are valid on all pages of the online store and come into effect at the moment you enter it. We reserve the right to make any changes, partial or in full, to any part of the general terms without prior notice. Changes are effective from the moment of publication.

We do not commit to the accuracy and completeness of the information on the electronic store's pages, nor do we commit to the accuracy and completeness of the textual and visual material. The photograph and the actual appearance of the item may differ.

We reserve the right to limit or completely stop the sale of products for a specified or unspecified time, limit or completely stop access to the online store's pages, or otherwise limit or stop the operation of the online store.

We do not accept any responsibility for any malfunction of your hardware or software due to visiting and operating the online store's pages or for any damage related to products purchased in the online store.

By confirming the order, each customer agrees to the terms of business and use.

Purchase process and delivery times

In the online store REDEAR-DESIGN, we offer the product RedEar, which is the same shape as shown in the photographs, but there may be deviations in the size of the sample if you choose a different dimension of earrings than shown in the picture.

If the product is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will send you an email to inform you about possible delivery or production of the product. If the provided deadline does not suit you, the order can be canceled.

When placing the order (button ‘Pay now’), the value of the purchase will be displayed, which depends on the number of selected products. The product cost is added to packaging and shipping, which amounts to 1.9 EUR. In the case of free shipping (purchase over 30 EUR), this is indicated on the website.

In the form, you enter all the necessary information we need to send you your package. Please be precise when entering the data.

Please double-check the accuracy of your submitted data, the number of items you will order, and complete the purchase by clicking on 'Complete Purchase'. You will receive a notification about your purchase via email, which also serves as confirmation that we have received your order.

The contract for the purchase of ordered items between the buyer and the seller is irrevocably concluded at this stage.

Purchase 

The purchase order is concluded in the Slovenian language and is binding for both the buyer and the seller.

Products listed on the site are generally in stock. We reserve the right to withdraw from the execution of the order in cases where the ordered products are not in stock and a technical or other error occurred during stock entry. Partial or complete withdrawal from the order may also occur in the case of an obvious error in the price list or if the order form was not completed in accordance with the general terms and conditions.

Registration is not required for purchase.

Payment method 

Customers can pay for the order by cash on delivery, by pro forma invoice, and via the PayPal system (credit cards). The goods will be delivered at the agreed time. We reserve the right to extend the time frame due to technical or other errors in the process. In this case, we commit to appropriately inform the customer. Please notify us if you have not received any notification from us and more than 3 working days have passed since the purchase.

Payment by cash on delivery

When paying by cash on delivery, your package will be forwarded as soon as possible, and you will settle the amount with the postal employee. If you are not at home at that time, they will leave you a notice about the arrived package.

Important: when paying by cash on delivery, the postal employee will additionally charge you a transaction fee for the collected money (similar to what a bank or post office charges you for bill payments) according to the price list Post of Slovenia.

Payment by pro forma invoice

When paying by pro forma invoice, the customer will receive payment details via email immediately after placing the order. If the customer wants to receive the ordered items as soon as possible, they can send an email to tina@redear-design.com sends a payment confirmation; otherwise, as soon as the provider detects the customer's transfer to the transaction account, the goods will be dispatched. The provider commits to regularly monitor the transfers and keep them as up-to-date as possible with the interest of quick shipping.

Payment via the PayPal system (credit card option also available)

With the payment method via PayPal, you can make the payment immediately. The payment will be visible in our PayPal account within a few minutes; if the payment confirmation is not received, we will notify you via the email address you provided when placing the order.

Even if you are not a registered user of the PayPal system, you can make a payment with your credit card through the PayPal system without additional registration.

Prices

All prices are expressed in EUR (Euros).

Prices are valid at the moment of order confirmation (completion of purchase).

Prices apply in the case of payment by the above-mentioned payment methods under the above-mentioned conditions.

In the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the seller will inform the buyer. The seller will do their best to ensure a lower price for the buyer or offer an appropriate solution that will be mutually satisfactory.

VAT is not charged based on Article 94, paragraph 1 of the Value Added Tax Act (we are not VAT payers).

The delivery cost is not included in the price.

Delivery and Delivery Costs 

Delivery is carried out via Pošta Slovenije. Goods that are in stock will be delivered within 1-3 working days, while those not in stock will be delivered after prior telephone agreement or via email.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are added to the purchase value, specifically €1.9 including packaging. In the case of free shipping, this is indicated on the website.

Upon receipt of the delivered goods, you will also receive the original invoice with all the details and in accordance with the sales conditions published on this page and confirmed upon placing the order.

The seller is not responsible for delays by the postal service provider or for damage to packaging. The buyer should inspect the received goods immediately and, in case of any damage, contact the postal service provider immediately, where they will jointly prepare a report on the damage to the shipment.

Warranty
Warranty conditions for products in the online store are in accordance with Slovenian legislation.

Data Security

We are committed to the permanent protection of all personal data. They will be used exclusively for sending informational materials, offers, invoices, and other necessary communication. Customer data will not be handed over to third parties under any circumstances.

The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational measures to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders, and payments.

Sales Contract

The seller issues a written invoice to the buyer who purchases a product from the online store, detailing costs and explaining the right to withdraw from the purchase by returning the purchased product, if necessary and possible. The sales contract in the form of a purchase order is stored electronically on the seller's server and is accessible to the buyer at any time in their user profile. The sales contract is concluded in the Slovenian language.

The sales contract between the Seller and the customer is concluded at the moment the customer confirms the order. From that moment on, all prices and other purchase conditions are fixed and apply to both the seller and the customer.

Return of goods and complaints

The customer has the right to notify (via email) within 14 days that they are withdrawing from the contract without having to provide a reason. The seller must process the refund as soon as possible, no later than 30 days after receiving the notification of withdrawal from the contract. If the seller delays the refund, they must pay the customer an additional tenth of the received payments for each completed 30 days of delay in refunds, along with the legal late interest.

If the customer has already received the amount or goods and has withdrawn from the contract, they must return the received items to the seller within 30 days of notification. In this case, the customer sends the undamaged goods in the original packaging, recommended. at your own expense, to the store's address. We do not refund the shipping costs (delivery) upon return of the goods. The returned goods must be returned undamaged and in unchanged quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost, or their quantity has decreased without the customer's fault.

The return option does not apply to goods that have been made specifically according to the customer's wishes.

Complaints and disputes

The seller respects the applicable consumer protection legislation.

The seller is obliged to establish an effective complaint handling system and designate a person whom the customer can contact by phone or email in case of issues.

The seller will confirm within five working days that they have received the complaint, inform the customer how long it will take to address it, and keep them updated on the progress of the process.

The seller is aware that a key feature of consumer disputes, at least regarding judicial resolution, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the consumer to initiate a dispute before the court.

Therefore, the seller strives to resolve any disputes amicably to the best of their ability.
