The general terms and conditions of the REDEAR DESIGN online store are drawn up in accordance with by the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB1), with the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-business.

The owner of the REDEAR-DESIGN online store is Tina Svete z personal supplementary work, Blatna Brezovica 17, 1360 Vrhnika. He is not liable for VAT.

Availability of information

The seller undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information: company identity, konline addresses, essential characteristics of goods or services, availability of products, terms of delivery of the product or performance of the service, all prices must be clearly and unequivocally determined, method of payment and delivery, time validity of the offer, deadline within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and conditions for withdrawal and explained complaint procedure, including all contact person or customer service details.

The general conditions are valid on all pages of the online store and come into effect the moment you enter it. We reserve the right to make any partial or complete changes to any part of the general conditions without special notice. Changes are effective from the moment of publication.

We are not responsible for the correctness and completeness of the data on the pages of the electronic store, nor are we responsible for the correctness and completeness of the text and image material. The photo and the actual appearance of the item may differ.

We reserve the right to limit or completely stop the sale of products, to limit or completely stop access to the website of the online store, or to otherwise limit or stop the operation of the online store for a specified or indefinite period of time.

We do not assume any responsibility for any damage to your hardware or software as a result of visiting and operating the pages of the online store or for any damage related to products purchased in the online store.

By confirming the order, each buyer agrees to the terms of business and use.

Purchase process and delivery times

In the REDEAR-DESIGN online store, we offer the RedEar product, which is identical in shape to the one shown in the photos, but there may be deviations in the size of the sample if you choose a different dimension of the earrings than the one shown in the picture.

If the product is not in stock at the time of the order, we will send you an e-mail, after which we will inform you about the possible delivery or manufacturing the product. If the provided deadline does not suit you, the order can be cancelled.

During the order itself (the 'Pay now' button), the purchase price is displayed, which depends on the number of selected products. The cost of the products includes packaging and postage, which amounts to 1.9 EUR. In the case of free shipping (purchases over 20 EUR), this is indicated on the website.

In the form, enter all the necessary information that we need to send you your package. Please be accurate when entering data.

Double check the correctness of your submitted data, no. of the items you will order and complete the purchase by clicking on 'Complete purchase'. You will receive a notification about your purchase to your email, which also confirms that we have received your order.

The contract for the purchase of the ordered items between the buyer and the seller is irrevocably concluded at this stage.

Purchase 

The purchase order is concluded in the Slovenian language and is binding for the buyer and the seller.

The products on the page are usually in stock. We reserve the right to withdraw from the execution of the order in cases where the ordered products are not in stock and there was a technical or other error when entering the stock. A partial or complete withdrawal from the order may also occur if there was an obvious error in the price list or the order form was not completed in accordance with the general conditions.

Registration is not required to purchase.

Method of payment 

Customers can pay for the order by cash on delivery, by pre-invoice and via PayPal (credit card). The goods are delivered in the agreed time. We reserve the right to extend the deadline due to technical or other errors in the process. In this case, we undertake to inform the client accordingly. Please let us know if you have not received any notification from us and more than 3 working days have passed since the purchase.

Cash on delivery

With cash on delivery, your package will be forwarded as soon as possible, and you will pay the amount to the postal employee. If you are not at home at that time, they will leave you a notification about the package's arrival.

Important: when paying by cash on delivery, the postal employee will additionally charge you the cost of the transaction of the received money (similarly to what a bank or post office charges you when paying money orders) according to the price list Post of Slovenia.

Cash in Advance

When paying by pre-invoice, the buyer receives the invoice payment information by e-mail immediately after placing the order. If the buyer wants to receive the ordered items as soon as possible, he can e-mail tina@redear-design.com sends a confirmation of payment, otherwise, as soon as the provider tracks the buyer's transfer to the transaction account, he ships the goods. The provider undertakes to monitor remittances regularly and as up-to-date as possible in the interest of fast dispatch.

Payment via PayPal (credit cards also available)

With the Paypal payment method, you can make the payment immediately. The payment is visible on our Paypal account within a few minutes, if there is no confirmation of payment, we will inform you about this via the email address you entered when placing the order.

Despite the fact that you are not a registered user of the PayPal system, you can make a payment with your credit card through the PayPal system without additional registration.

Prices

All prices are expressed in EUR (Euros).

Prices are valid at the moment of order confirmation (completion of purchase).

The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods under the above-mentioned conditions.

In the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the seller will notify the buyer accordingly. The seller will try to the best of his ability in every case to provide the buyer with a lower price or to offer an appropriate solution that will satisfy both parties.

VAT is not calculated on the basis of paragraph 1 of Article 94 of the Value Added Tax Act (we are not liable for VAT).

The price does not include the cost of delivery.

Delivery and delivery charges 

Delivery is made via Pošta Slovenije. We deliver the goods that are in stock within 1-3 working days, and those that are not in stock can be delivered by prior agreement by phone or via e-mail.

Delivery costs

Postage costs are added to the purchase price, namely 1.9€ including packaging. In the case of free shipping, this is indicated on the website.

Upon receipt of the delivered goods, you will also receive an original invoice with all information and in accordance with the terms of sale published on this page and confirmed when the order was placed.

The seller is not responsible for delays on the part of the postal service provider or for damage to the packaging. The buyer should inspect the received goods immediately and, in the event of any damage, immediately contact the postal service provider, where together with the customer, they will draw up a record of damage to the shipment.

Guarantee
Products in the online store are subject to warranty conditions in accordance with Slovenian legislation.

Data security

We are committed to the permanent protection of all personal data. These will be used exclusively for sending informative material, offers, invoices and other necessary communication. Under no circumstances will customer data be passed on to a third party.

Safety

The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments.

Contract of sale

The seller issues a written invoice to the buyer who buys a product from the online store with itemized costs and an explanation of the right to withdraw from the purchase by returning the purchased product, if necessary and possible. The purchase agreement in the form of a purchase order is stored electronically on the seller's server and is accessible to the buyer at any time in his user profile. The sales contract is concluded in the Slovenian language.

The sales contract between the Seller and the buyer is concluded the moment the buyer confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions of purchase are fixed and apply to both the seller and the buyer.

Return of goods and complaints

The buyer has the right to notify (via e-mail) within 14 days that he withdraws from the contract without having to give a reason. The seller must return the payment as soon as possible, no later than 30 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. If the seller is late in refunding the payments, he must pay the buyer, in addition to the legal default interest, one tenth of the payments received for every additional 30 days of delay in refunds.

If the buyer has already received the amount or goods and has withdrawn from the contract, he must return the received amount to the seller within 30 days of the notification. In this case, the buyer sends the undamaged goods in the original packaging, registered at your own expense, to the address of the store. We do not refund the cost of postage (delivery) upon returning the goods. The returned goods must be returned undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the buyer.

The return option does not apply to goods that have been specially made according to the wishes of the buyer.

Complaints and disputes

The seller complies with applicable consumer protection legislation.

The seller is obliged to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom the buyer can contact by phone or e-mail in case of problems.

Within five working days, the seller will confirm that he has received the complaint, inform the buyer how long he will process it, and keep him informed about the progress of the process.

The seller is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before the court.

Therefore, the seller makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.
